It worked. I can read my new EPUB file using MobiPocket Reader. But it was imposible to read it using Stanza or Calibre e-book viewer.

Saves time, works like a charm, it does what you expectt it to. Fabulous, IMO.
I wrote this because I needed it. Manually converting comics was time consuming and the results were less than stellar. Lots of scanned comics have poor image quality. This takes care of most of that and produces very readable comics for even small eBook readers by optimizing the display area.

CBR and CBZ files are comic book content files for e-readers. You can install CBR files to the Kindle Fire and view them with a comic book viewer application, such as Perfect Viewer, Comixology or Droid Comic Viewer. Make sure your Kindle Fire is connected to a wireless network, then download and install the reader app. After the reader app is installed, you can sideload CBR files to the Kindle by connecting the device to your computer with the USB data cable and transferring the files.

Sadly, there is no version of Comic Book Reader for Mac available on the Internet. Step 1
Open the browser on the Kindle Fire and browse to the URL for the viewer to install (see Resources). A download prompt displays. Click “Download” to save the APK file to the device. When the file is finished downloading, the Notification icon displays.
Step 2
Click the Notification icon to install the software. The APK file is installed to the Kindle Fire and the app icon appears in the App shelf.
Step 3
Connect the Kindle Fire to your computer using the USB data cable. The computer recognizes the Kindle as a removable drive.
Step 4
Open Windows File Explorer and click on the “Kindle Fire” drive in the left panel.
Step 5
Click the “Kindle Fire” folder in the right pane to drill down to see the sub-folders.
Step 6
Right-click on an empty space inside the root Kindle Fire folder, then click “New.” Click “Folder,” then type a descriptive name for the folder, such as “Comics.” Note that the comic book reader apps will find CBR and CBZ files stored anywhere on the device or SD card. The name of the folder does not matter to the app.
Step 7
Drag and drop the CBR file into the new folder. The CBR file displays as a book on the device.
Disconnect the Kindle Fire from the computer, then tap the CBR comic book file. The comic book opens in the comic book reader.
