I have a Kobo (I'm pretty sure it's the Touch 2.0...not 100% sure though) and I couldn't find the charger for a while so I hadn't used it in about a year. I just found it today, charged it about halfway, and tried plugging it into my laptop.
I did a full factory reset, restarted my laptop twice, and tried unplugging and plugging in the cable again, and my laptop (Mac) still won't show the device in Finder. It just doesn't show up at all even though the Kobo says it's connected to the computer. The Kobo contact form is absolute shit and wouldn't even let me submit anything. Anyone have this problem too? Idk what to do.
